About Strunkstone
 

My name is Charlee and I am a former zookeeper with just a little too much time on my hands. I have always enjoyed working with my hands, crafting and creating, so when an opportunity came across my path to jump back into something that brought me so much joy, I couldn’t say no. Strunkstone is a name that comes from years of having pride in a name but still having the ability to not take yourself too seriously, which I think is key to this world we live in.

Each pen is unique not only in the wood it is made from and the hardware which is paired with it, but also in the overall design and shape of each piece. All wood used is purchased from sustainable resources, ensuring my small corner of the creative world does its best to not impact the world at large. Each piece also comes with its own unique, hand-crafted drawstring bag. The bags are made by me from scraps of fabric gathered over the years and from clothes that have outlived their original purpose or previous projects, again ensuring that there is as little waste as physically possible.
